Sohum Goswami Founder, Burj Intelligence Dubai, UAE

Operational intelligence, treated as infrastructure.

I build measurement and response systems for markets that have long run on intuition — turning operational behaviour into signal, and signal into protected revenue.

§ 01  ·  Introduction

The founder behind Burj Intelligence.

Sohum Goswami is the founder of Burj Intelligence, an operational revenue-intelligence firm focused on improving inquiry response performance for residential real estate brokerages in Dubai.

His work sits at the intersection of operational research, customer response systems, revenue operations, and artificial intelligence. Rather than approaching AI as a replacement for human expertise, he focuses on designing practical systems that help brokerages respond faster, qualify buyers more effectively, and reduce revenue lost between the first inquiry and the first meaningful conversation.

He founded Burj Intelligence after observing that many residential brokerages invest heavily in lead generation while giving comparatively little attention to the operational systems that determine whether those leads ultimately become revenue. Rather than focusing on marketing automation alone, his work examines what happens during the critical period between a prospective buyer's first inquiry and their first meaningful interaction with a brokerage — response speed, qualification quality, workflow design, after-hours coverage, CRM integration, multilingual communication, and operational consistency.

Outside of Burj Intelligence, he studies artificial intelligence, psychology, organisational behaviour, and business strategy, with a particular interest in how intelligent systems can augment human decision-making inside complex organisations.

Burj Intelligence

Operational revenue-intelligence for Dubai's residential brokerage sector.

Burj Intelligence combines independent market research, operational benchmarking, workflow design, and AI-assisted response systems to help brokerages improve revenue performance without sacrificing service quality. It treats response — the speed and quality of the first human contact — as a measurable asset rather than a matter of chance.

The approach is research-driven and deliberately practical: every recommendation is intended to be measurable, operationally implementable, and grounded in observed market behaviour rather than generic best practices.

01

Benchmark

Measure response latency across a brokerage and against the wider market, exposing where revenue quietly leaks.

02

Score

Convert unstructured operational behaviour into a comparable, defensible score for how a brokerage actually runs.

03

Deploy

Install a supervised response layer that safeguards pipeline revenue without ceding human oversight.

§ 03  ·  Research

The questions the work returns to.

Current research centres on response-time benchmarking across Dubai's residential brokerage market — studying how speed, consistency, qualification quality, and operational discipline influence commercial outcomes. This research forms the foundation of Burj Intelligence's advisory work and long-term product development.

01

Response-Time Benchmarking

How the time between a buyer's first inquiry and the first meaningful conversation governs conversion — and how speed, consistency, and qualification quality shape commercial outcomes across the market.

02

Operational Measurement

Turning unstructured, human operational behaviour into structured signal that can be scored, compared, and improved over time.

03

AI-Assisted Response Systems

Designing practical AI systems that augment human expertise inside revenue-critical workflows — helping teams respond faster and qualify better without ceding judgement.

04

Organisational Decision-Making

Operational strategy, behavioural psychology, and how intelligent systems can augment human decision-making inside complex organisations.

§ 04  ·  Philosophy

Principles the companies are built on.

01

Measure before you optimise.

Intuition sets direction; measurement earns conviction. Nothing is improved until it is first made visible.

02

Build infrastructure, not features.

Features are consumed; infrastructure compounds. The aim is systems that grow more valuable, not more numerous.

03

Supervision is not optional.

Automation earns trust only when a human remains accountable for its judgement. Oversight is a feature of the design, never an afterthought.

04

Build for the decade.

Serious companies are measured in years, not launches. The work is paced for durability over spectacle.
